Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with a 24 to 48 hour delivery service unless otherwise
stated.
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery driver can deliver to the door only due to insurance reasons. If you would like
delivery to a room of choice please ask before you order as there will be additional charges and the driver is not be permitted to go up more than one flight of stairs. If delivery is to
a block of flats the driver can deliver to the ground floor only and if you would like delivery to a flat door please ask before you order as there will be additional charges and a working lift is
required.
If you live UK non-mainland or Scotland please contact us BEFORE you buy as P+P will be more expensive.
There will be a discount if items are collected in person. We may also be able to offer a discount for multiple purchases so
please ask.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is registered on your account and you email us a delivery phone number or additional
delivery fees may be charged. There may be some recycled packaging used to bring you free P+P costs and to do our bit for the environment.
